Loudoun Station is gearing up to welcome even more shops, services, and live-work-play opportunities. Through a public private partnership with Loudoun County, the Metro garage is now open providing 1,500 additional free parking spaces accommodating retail, office, and commuter needs. Additionally, Phase 2 is now under development.

  • Phase II is well underway toward Loudoun Station. Loudoun Station will be located at the Ashburn Metro Station. The line will provide a one-seat, no transfer ride from Dulles to downtown Washington creating long-sought after connectivity between the burgeoning Dulles corridor and the nation’s capital.
